Combining technical expertise, application knowledge, and solution design skills, you will work alongside customers and sales teams to develop tailored processing solutions that improve operational performance and deliver measurable value. /ppFrom product demonstrations and performance validation to system design and solution development, you will be a trusted technical advisor throughout the customer journey. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3pYou will: /pulliSupport the consultative sales process as a technical and application expert. /liliAnalyze customer processes, production requirements, and desired outcomes to develop tailored solutions. /liliPrepare technical specifications, solution designs, performance analyses, quotations, and supporting documentation. /liliDesign and evaluate processing systems, layouts, and integrated solutions, including third-party equipment where required. /liliConduct product demonstrations, field trials, testing, validation activities, and performance optimization projects. /liliAnalyze processing performance, equipment utilization, and operational data to identify opportunities for optimization and continuous improvement.
/liliProvide technical guidance on equipment configuration and application performance. /liliDeliver technical presentations, webinars, customer workshops, and reference visits. /liliSupport Sales and Service teams through application training, troubleshooting, and customer-facing technical support. /liliAssess technical, operational, and commercial requirements to recommend solutions that balance performance, reliability, scalability, and cost-effectiveness. /liliConduct design reviews with cross-functional teams and support the successful handover of awarded projects to implementation teams. /liliMaintain solution documentation, standard specifications, and application resources within central systems. /liliMonitor industry trends, customer needs, and competitor capabilities to support solution development and business growth. /liliShare knowledge, best practices, and application expertise across the wider TOMRA Food organization. /li /ulh3Health, safety and care for the environment come first. /h3pYou are empowered to stop work if something feels unsafe, and we expect everyone to speak up so we can prevent harm and reduce our environmental impact. /pulliBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, Automation, or equivalent industry experience. /liliExperience within Agri-Tech, food processing, automation, material handling, or equipment-related industries. /liliExperience supporting customers through sales, applications, service, technical support, or solution development. /liliExperience working in sales, service, or other customer-facing technical roles. /liliAbility to analyze operational data and recommend appropriate technical solutions.
