At Inno IT, we're looking for an experienced Cybersecurity Program Director to lead a strategic cybersecurity transformation program within an international organization. Hybrid position based in Barcelona (Spain). Requirements Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Security, Engineering, or a related field. 15+ years of experience in Cybersecurity, Information Security, or IT. 7+ years leading cybersecurity programs or large-scale transformation initiatives. Strong understanding of Information Security, Cloud & IT Infrastructure, Networks, SDLC, and Security Risk Management. Experience managing executive stakeholders and reporting to C-Level. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Professional English proficiency (C1/C2). Nice To Have Experience with ISO 27001, NIST, DORA, or NIS2. Experience in regulated industries. Certifications such as CISM, CISSP, PMP, or similar. What You'll Do Lead a general cybersecurity transformation program across multiple workstreams. Coordinate cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders. Monitor progress, manage risks, dependencies, and blockers. Drive program governance and executive reporting through KPIs and dashboards. Ensure alignment between business and technical teams. We can sponsor a Spanish work permit for qualified candidates. Sponsorship covers work authorization only.
