- Support the preparation of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
- Assist in the monthly financial closing process and variance analysis (Vigente vs. Budget).
- Prepare recurring financial reports, dashboards, and management presentations.
- Support profitability analysis by business unit, product, customer, or region.
- Assist in building and maintaining financial models to support business decisions.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather financial and operational information.
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across financial systems and reports.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives to increase reporting efficiency and automation.
- Support ad hoc financial analyses and special projects as required.Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration,



or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in Accounting. FP&A, Controlling, Audit, Corporate Finance, or similar analytical roles.
- Previous experience at a Big Four firm is considered a plus
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Solid understanding of financial statements and basic financial analysis.
- Basic knowledge of financial modeling is desirable.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).Skills & Competencies
