Experteer Overview In this role you will lead a global team of category managers and SMEs in Sterilisation, driving category strategy, cost reductions, and supply chain resiliency across direct and indirect spend. You will partner with multiple functions to optimize value, quality, and service while implementing enterprise-wide category plans. The position operates across geographies, shaping procurement practices and supplier performance in a regulated environment. You will mentor others and act as a change champion to align decisions with the category strategy.Compensaciones / Beneficios
- Lead category strategy and execution for Sterilisation across a substantial portion of integral spend
- Develop and implement Global Category Plans including cost reduction, supplier base optimisation, quality improvement, and risk assessment
- Build and onboard talent to form a high-performing, resilient category management team
- Collaborate with Divisional Procurement, Supplier Quality, Global Engineering, Advanced Operations, Finance, Legal, and Compliance
- Manage negotiations and supplier relationships to obtain best quality, service, and value
- Lead cross-functional efforts for strategic sourcing, cost analyses, and make-vs-buy assessments
- Drive enterprise-wide strategies for assigned commodities and support divisional objectives
- Champion supplier-enabled innovation and sustainability/compliance goals
- Deploy risk mitigation (e.G., dual sourcing, supplier assessments)

- Advise on selection and cost analyses, align investments with Ru0026D and business development
- Negotiate and monitor supplier contracts, governance, and performance
- Organise scorecard reviews and executive business reviews

- Lead critical program initiatives and build a best-in-class sourcing organization
- Develop strong partnerships with suppliers and internal stakeholders

- 8-10 years in Sourcing/Procurement or supply chain
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, supply chain, operations or equivalent
- Experience in sterilisation or highly regulated environments preferred
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Proven strategic sourcing and category management experience
- Excellent negotiation and contract management skills (including QAA)
- Strong communication skills across all levels
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives with virtual, global teams
- Change agent with track record of value capture and supplier performance improvements
- Hands-on, results-driven with ability to operate in fast-paced settings
