No remote opportunities available /p pReporting to the Production Manager, the Production Coordinator is dedicated to a specific department and contributes to the successful organisation and production of the film. Working in tandem with the department supervisor assigned, ensuring the smooth running of the work of the department and the timely delivery to the following departments. /p h3About you: /h3 ul liAt least 3-5+ years of production coordination experience in animated film/episodic; /li liMust have solid experience in coordinating for the asset/design, lighting/comp or animation departments in animated film/episodic; /li liAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and Shotgrid; /li liThe ability to deal with Confidential information and material in a discrete and professional manner at all times; /li liExcellent diary management skills; /li liExcellent written and verbal communication skills; /li liPatient and empathetic nature while dealing with artistic personalities; /li liHigh level organizational skills; /li liExperience in administration and managing files, producing and formatting documents and updating spreadsheets; /li liA good level of formatting and document preparation and presentation skills desirable; /li liThe ability to work to deadlines and under pressure; /li liBe available, proactive and a problem solver; /li liA adaptable approach and able to take on extra tasks when required. /li liFluent in English AND Spanish language, both written and verbal; /li liEligible to work in Spain/Europe.
