You'll be part of a dynamic, multilingual team handling customer inquiries across service, technical support, and fiber optic topics - all in Dutch. /p pThis is not cold calling or outbound sales. You'll be supporting existing customers with billing, subscriptions, technical troubleshooting, and general account advice. /p h3What you'll do /h3 ul liHandle customer inquiries by phone, chat or email in Dutch /li liProvide support across service, technical and fiber optic topics /li liIdentify upselling and cross-selling opportunities as part of the role /li liEnsure customers stay connected and satisfied /li /ul h3What we're looking for /h3 ul liNative or near-native Dutch speaker (mandatory)
