Leap — we are waiting for you! /p h3What You Will Do (Responsibilities): /h3 ul liGather, analyse, and document business requirements, ensuring alignment with business needs and technical feasibility. /li liConduct gap analysis to identify areas for process improvement and optimisation. /li liDefine functional specifications and translate business needs into clear technical requirements. /li liPerform data analysis and contribute to data modelling activities to support decision-making. /li liCollaborate with cross-functional teams (technical and business) throughout the solution lifecycle. /li liSupport the design of business processes and workflows using modelling techniques. /li liCreate diagrams, models and documentation using tools such as UML, BPMN or similar.
/li liContribute to the standardisation and improvement of business analysis practices and methodologies. /li liEnsure traceability of requirements and support validation and testing activities when needed. /li /ul h3Additional Responsibilities /h3 ul liAnalyse existing data models and identify opportunities for harmonisation and standardisation. /li liDesign target-state data models supporting reporting and analytics needs. /li liSupport the definition of enterprise data architecture and migration roadmaps. /li liCollaborate with data architects, BI teams and data engineers. /li liDocument data flows, lineage, business rules and information architecture. /li liParticipate in data governance and data quality initiatives. /li /ul h3What We Are Looking For (Requirements): /h3 ul liMinimum of 5 years of postsecondary professional experience and at least 3 years of higher education (degree or equivalent). /li liAt least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT or digital environments. /li liStrong experience in requirements gathering, gap analysis, and functional specification definition. /li liStrong hands‑on experience in enterprise data modelling, including conceptual, logical and physical models. Experience with Data Warehouse design, dimensional modelling, data mapping and data architecture documentation. /li liProficiency in diagramming and modelling tools (e.g. Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart, UML, BPMN). /li liExperience with wireframing tools such as Axure, Balsamiq or similar. /li liKnowledge of business domains and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions. /li liStrong analytical and problem‑solving skills. /li liAbility to work in complex environments and collaborate with multiple stakeholders. /li liProfessional working proficiency in English.
