Our aim is to improve people’s health and quality of life across the globe. /p h3Responsibilities: /h3 ul liUnderstand and complete patient prescriptions for all Impress treatment types. /li liCreate dental treatment plans from 3D scanned images using 3d Orthodontic correction software, creating virtual setups according to the patient's needs and defined Impress protocol requirements. /li liRevise and approve the final treatment plan for both initial treatment plans and refinements, initiating production. /li liRepresent Impress, building trust relationships with our patients, and assisting patients in finding the treatment plan suited for their needs that will exceed their expectations. /li liSolve escalated patient requests and personally work with problem patients via meetings in the clinic, telephone calls, video conferences, and email communication.



/li liHold video calls with patients to explain treatment plans to answer any questions or concerns, and offer alternative treatment plans for patients not eligible for immediate aligner treatments. /li liMake visits to the clinic to meet with patients to discuss treatment possibilities if needed. /li liComply with Impress’ quality standards and clinical protocols at all times according to our best practices. /li liEfficiency and quality KPI targets need to be met to provide the best experience to our patients. /li liWork with your teammates to create a positive, high-energy atmosphere. /li liSelf-motivation and a hunger for success.
