ph3JOB PURPOSE /h3 /brpYou support the Stock Manager in all the responsibilities related to the warehouse management and in providing services to the Store. /p /brpYou ensure the correct handling of goods in store, complying with the KPI’s and guidelines and company procedures for the care of the product. /p /brh3RESPONSIBILITIES /h3 /brul /brliEnsure the care and protection of the product according to company guidelines /li /brliDay-to-day management of goods receipt and storage in line with company procedures and criteria, preparing products to be brought to the sales floor and in special areas while optimizing the timing efficiency /li /brliPrepare shop-to-shop and returns transfers in compliance with company guidelines and timelines /li /brliPrepare the flow of E-Commerce orders (Prada.com or e-Tailers) making sure to guarantee the required service levels /li /brliPrepare the flow of the damaged products, not sellable product (On Hold, Consignment ...), products under repair /li /brliOrganizes the Packaging and Stationery physically and on the IT systems /li /brliOrganizes the Display objects system /li /brliParticipate in the the correct management of Uniforms flow /li /brliParticipate in the correct management of correct flow of Gifts flow /li /brliCorrect protection and packaging of the product both inside the store and for transfers, including E-Commerce shipments /li /brliEnsure that the company guidelines are adopted in the event of theft,



especially in terms of communication and documentation produced /li /brliSupport in the prompt investigation in the event of system negatives /li /brliManage the flow of the product and the related documentation, recording their movement in the IT system /li /brliParticipate in the organization and execution of the Physical and Cycle Inventories of the finished product and accessory locations (packaging / stationery and Engineering materials) respecting the company timing /li /brliSupport the management of the warehouse activities related to sales /li /brliEnsure security and cleanliness of the warehouse /li /brliSupport the Stock Manager in optimizing and rationalizing all available spaces (in collaboration with the Store Manager and the Store Operations Manager) /li /brliSupport Sales Associates in the sales process and collaborates with the Visual Merchandising team in case of need /li /brliMaintain contacts and relationships with the providers used /li /brliKeep updates and organizes the archive on a monthly basis /li /brliComply with KPIs updates, guidelines and company procedures from the relevant Store Operations Manager, from the Store Manager or from the Headquarters /li /br /ul /brh3KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS /h3 /brul /brliExperience in a similar role in fashion brands /li /brliFast paced and well organized /li /brliGood knowledge of English /li /brliSAP-System Knowledge preferable /li /brliAbility to work in team /li /brliFluent spoken English expected. /li /br /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
