About the role

This is a customer-facing technical integrations role focused on Salesforce. You will support customers in setting up, configuring, and troubleshooting their Salesforce integration with the platform, ensuring smooth and reliable data flow between systems.

What you will do

- Support customers with Salesforce integration setup and configuration
- Troubleshoot API-based integration issues, sync errors, and data mapping problems
- Assist with understanding CRM data structures and field configurations
- Help resolve technical issues related to data flow between systems
- Work closely with engineering teams on escalations and bug resolution

Ideally you bring
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce
- Understanding of APIs, integrations, and data flow concepts
- Experience with troubleshooting technical or integration issues
- Excellent communication skills and customer-facing experience
