internal procedures, and operational workflows.brAct as the main point of contact during the opening and stabilization phase.brQualificationsbrDegree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred).brPrevious experience in leadership roles within the hotel industry (Hotel Manager or similar).brStrong knowledge of 4 or higher hotel operations.brExperience in hotel openings, pre-openings, or rebranding projects (highly valued).brProficiency in hotel management systems and Microsoft Office.brStrong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.brHands-on, solution-oriented, and results-driven mindset.brFluent Spanish and English (additional languages are a plus).brAt Panoram, we believe in equal opportunities.
