By working closely with warehouse teams and ensuring timely transaction validation and system updates, you will play a key role in driving operational efficiency and delivering exceptional service to our customers. /p h3What You'll Do.. /h3 ul liProcesses all orders for picking and invoicing within the day for next day delivery. /li liProvides instruction to Warehouse Team on the priority delivery orders that needs to be picked. /li liClosely coordinate with CSD, Transport and Warehouse Team on the processing and handling of orders with special instruction. /li liChecks with Warehouse Team the status of picking and replenishment of stocks. /li liClosely coordinate with IM Team for any Physical/System stocks changes/updates and problem that may take effect on the processing. /li liChecks the minimum required expiry date of the stocks before picking and confirmation. /li liAnswers to queries of all concerned departments. /li liCoordinates with IT regarding system downtime, issues, and problems. /li liCoordinates with transport section the following concerns:



/li liDelivery instructions of orders that has to be delivered to a specified address. /li liDelivery instructions of orders that has to be delivered at a specified date. /li liDispatch cut-off time of different delivery areas (e.g. Manila, south Luzon, etc.) /li liAssists in the preparation of monthly KPI Report. 11.
