Experteer Overview As an AI Delivery u0026amp; Platform Engineer, you enable and stabilize AI-assisted development tooling across Allianz Technology’s BMP delivery teams. You configure and securely operate tools like Claude Code to integrate with repos, tests, and CI/CD pipelines, ensuring enterprise-scale reliability. You work with DevOps and platform teams to keep tooling compliant and up-to-date, while enabling delivery teams to use AI tools effectively. - Configure, maintain, and operate AI-assisted development tools (e.G., Claude Code)
- Ensure proper integration with source code repositories, codebases, and testing frameworks
- Integrate AI tooling into development environments and CI/CD pipelines per engineering standards
- Manage tooling configuration, upgrades, and technical standards
- Enable delivery teams to use AI-assisted tooling effectively




- Serve as first technical escalation point for AI tooling issues
- Troubleshoot failures and integration problems across environments
- Ensure stable, secure, and compliant operation of AI tooling with DevOps and platform teamsResponsabilidades

- Hands-on experience with development tooling, CI/CD pipelines, and enterprise development environments
- Experience with AZ Forge in delivery or rollout pipelines
- Practical experience configuring and operating Claude Code or similar AI-assisted tools

- Ability to work independently as a technical specialist
