Experteer Overview In this role you lead client projects from planning to final presentation, balancing analytical judgment with a consultative approach. You coordinate cross-functional teams to translate client needs into actionable insights and recommendations aligned with business challenges. You also contribute to content development and mentor junior analysts. This position sits at the crossroads of client service and data-driven storytelling in a fast-growing, technology-enabled consumer insights company. - Lead insight projects and client deliverables end-to-end with defined plans, timelines, and responsibilities
- Organize project kick-offs, clarify objectives, and align expectations with involved teams
- Mobilize cross-functional teams across Client Service, Expert Solutions, Operations, Quality, Data, Technology, etc.
- Develop high-value analytical and consultative content translating data into actionable client insights




- Craft the final project narrative with strategic consistency, visual quality, and rigorous analysis
- Present findings and recommendations to clients, adapting to different audiences and seniority levels
- Coach and review junior analysts to develop analytical thinking, storytelling, and delivery qualityResponsabilidades
- Experience in market research, consumer insights, consulting, FMCG, or consumer analytics with direct client exposure
- Proven ability to lead projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, and deliver on time with business impact
- Strong analytical and consultative mindset connecting data with business context and actions
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and client presentation skills in Spanish and English
- Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel; experience with Worldpanel tools or related platforms is a plus
