Be the end-to-end owner of the experimental aspects in initiatives. /li liProactively conduct rigorous data explorations and develop models that uncover new opportunities. /li liDeliver clear and impactful visualizations and presentations tailored to diverse audiences. /li liEnsure data quality and accessibility to support informed decision-making across teams. /li liSupport the evolution of Catalog Games' data science methodologies and tooling, and act as a craft role model. /li liCollaborate across games to share insights, tools, and learnings that benefit the broader portfolio. /li liSystematically break down abstract problems into concrete analytical questions. /li /ul h3Skills To Create Thrills /h3 h3Analytical Technical /h3 ul liStrong background in applied statistics, experimentation, and predictive modeling. /li liAdvanced proficiency in SQL for working with large-scale, complex datasets (300M+ players). /li liSkilled in Python or R for statistical analysis, modeling and automations.
