Interim Pricing & Trade Terms Lead – Iberia

We’re supporting a business in Iberia looking to strengthen its commercial model and unlock growth .

They need someone to come in and bring structure to pricing and trade terms , helping create a more consistent and scalable approach across the region.

What you’ll be doing

- Review and improve pricing structures, discounting, and trade terms
- Identify opportunities to improve margin and customer profitability
- Bring consistency to commercial frameworks and agreements
- Support better decision-making around pricing and incentives
- Help shape a more robust, long-term commercial model

This is a hands-on role — you’ll be expected to take ownership and drive outcomes

What we’re looking for

- Experience in pricing, trade spend, commercial finance, or similar
- Strong understanding of how businesses price, sell, and structure deals
- Comfortable working in fast-moving, undefined environments
- Able to operate independently and influence stakeholders
- Practical, solutions-focused mindset

Experience in Iberia is helpful, but not essential.
