A Compoxi tenim una nova oportunitat laboral per un Stress Engineer on la seves funcions i responsabilitat principal serà realitzar càlculs de components d’estructures (vent, impacte, calor-TºC, vibració … etc) pel sector aeroespacial i aeronàutic.
Les tasques diàries inclouran càlculs tècnics, avaluació de dissenys, validació d'estructures i col·laboració interdepartamental per garantir la qualitat i la seguretat dels components. Aquest és un lloc a temps complet que es desenvoluparà de manera presencial a Girona.
Functions / Tasks
· Prepare, develop and validate FEM models using ANSYS.
· Perform static and explicit dynamic analyses on aerostructures. Type of analyses: random vibration, sine sweep, shock, bird impact and thermoelastic.
· Perform hand calculations to support analysis results
· Produce technical documentation (ex., stress justification report, design report).
· Interface with design and multidisciplinary engineering teams.
Knowledge and Experience
· Bachelor’s degree minimum in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering or a related field
· Minimum 2 years of experience in composites stress analysis within the aerospace industry.
· Familiarity with aerospace engineering standards (ECSS).
· English skills advanced (to be able to participate in videocalls with clients)
· Microsoft Office package
Additional points
· Nice to have (as a plus): CAD knowledge and experience, basic notions of composites manufacturing and conceptual tool design.
