Experteer Overview
In this role you will help evolve the Glacier editor and related tools to empower content creators across studios. You’ll work closely with designers and end users to translate production needs into polished, high-performance tooling and intuitive interfaces. You join a team that values great UX and thoughtful software design to support world-class game development. The position offers cross-studio collaboration and the chance to shape our proprietary Glacier technology.

Responsabilidades
• Strong knowledge of C# and C++ with solid design principles
• Hands-on experience with WPF or other UI frameworks; interest in new interface technologies
• Detail-oriented with a passion for polished, performant user experiences
• Comfortable collaborating across disciplines and with end users
• Ability to estimate and plan tasks and provide constructive feedback
• Strong communication and a collaborative mindset
• Bachelor's in Computer Science or equivalent; Master’s degree is a bonus
