Experteer Overview
In this role you will drive the end-to-end operational execution of GCO clinical study biospecimen strategies within a growing integral healthcare company. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure compliant sample collection, processing, and logistics, while overseeing lab-related kit design and documentation. You’ll contribute to ethical considerations and risk management in biospecimen work, shaping how trials collect and analyze samples. This is a hands-on, impact-driven role in a values-driven organization.

Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Input on clinical sample assessment sections in trial documents (protocols, consents)
• Create study-specific sample collection tables ensuring blood volumes align with requirements
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders on SSWs for safety and PK sampling needs
• Set up and oversee laboratories involved in kit building, sample management, and testing documentation
• Contribute to ethical considerations for biospecimen collection and analyses




• Manage biospecimen sample management and logistics with oversight from Lead CBS
• Escalate trial-specific biospecimen risks and issues in collaboration with line functions

Responsabilidades
• Previous CRO or vendor experience
• Experience with human sample management (not just in-vitro or animal)
• Ability to input on clinical sample assessments and requirements
• Experience designing a lab perspective from trial protocol, plus data transfer specifications with central labs
• Lab background in sample management, processing, and understanding assay requirements
• Kit design and protocol contribution
• Strong cross-department communication skills
