Business Development Representative – Madrid or Dublin, global Digital Center of Excellence.

Overview

As a Business Development Representative, you will focus on developing quality pipelines and supporting the field sales organization to drive new revenue for BMC.

Responsibilities

-

- Collaborate with the Field Sales Team to build a territory plan, reach out to new and existing customers to identify new revenue opportunities for BMC.

- Play a key role in the sales team, using digital sales tools to turn inbound and outbound leads into qualified opportunities for our field sales reps.

- Directly impact the pipeline, helping the team close deals more efficiently and effectively.

- Identify target accounts and engage key decision-makers with compelling outreach.

- Ensure enablement and training are part of the daily operating rhythm.

- Leverage world-class enablement teams and related investments for ongoing development.





- Participate in integral projects and innovate solutions to everyday problems.

Qualifications

- Embrace and live BMC values every day.

- Excellent storyteller, able to articulate achievements through professional or personal experiences.

- Fluency in English and another language may be required; Business professional level (C1) of German language is required for the role.
