The role ensures that all visual merchandising executions are aligned with Maison guidelines, enhancing brand visibility and delivering a consistent client experience across all points of sale. Working closely with Marketing, Sales, Retail, Wholesale partners, regional teams and HQ, the VM Coordinator will be responsible for the execution, follow-up and maintenance of visual merchandising initiatives while supporting local activations and boutique projects led by VM Manager. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 h3Wholesale Visual Merchandising Execution /h3 ul liCoordinate the implementation of Visual Merchandising guidelines across the Wholesale network in Spain and Portugal. /li liEnsure all permanent and seasonal displays are installed according to Maison standards. /li liSupport the implementation of product launches, campaigns and animations in Wholesale partners. /li liRegularly monitor the quality of VM execution through store visits and photo reporting. /li liIdentify opportunities to improve visibility and consistency across Wholesale partners. /li /ul h3Retail Boutique Support /h3 ul liSupport VM execution in Montblanc boutiques whenever required. /li liAssist in seasonal window changes and in-store visual updates. /li liEnsure visual standards are consistently maintained. /li /ul h3VM Planning Coordination /h3 ul liCoordinate the distribution and installation of VM materials across Iberia.



/li liMonitor delivery timelines and ensure stores receive the appropriate materials. /li liSupport local adaptation of HQ VM guidelines when required. /li liMaintain updated VM calendars and implementation trackers. /li /ul h3Projects Openings /h3 ul liSupport VM implementation for new Wholesale corners, shop-in-shops and boutique refurbishments. /li liCoordinate with HQ, suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely execution. /li /ul h3Events Marketing Activations /h3 ul liSupport the VM setup for local events, pop-ups and temporary activations. /li liCoordinate the production and installation of visual elements. /li /ul h3Reporting Administration /h3 ul liMaintain VM databases and asset inventories. /li liPrepare implementation reports and follow-up presentations. /li liTrack VM requests and coordinate with suppliers. /li liSupport purchase order administration and budget tracking. /li /ul h3PROFILE /h3 h3Education /h3 pBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Design, Visual Merchandising or a related field. /p h3Experience /h3 ul li1–3 years of experience in Visual Merchandising, Retail Marketing or Luxury Retail. /li liExperience within the luxury industry is a plus. /li /ul h3Knowledge /h3 ul liStrong interest in luxury retail and visual presentation. /li liUnderstanding of premium retail environments. /li liProject coordination skills. /li /ul h3Travel /h3 pAvailability to travel approximately b60–70% /b across Spain and Portugal. /p h3Skills /h3 h3Technical Skills /h3 ul liMicrosoft Office (Excel PowerPoint). /li liKnowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop/InDesign) is a plus. /li liAutoCAD is desirable but not mandatory. /li /ul h3Languages /h3 ul liFluent Spanish and English. /li liPortuguese would be considered an advantage. /li /ul h3Competencies /h3 ul liStrong organizational skills. /li liAttention to detail. /li liHands-on approach. /li liAbility to prioritize multiple projects. /li liExcellent communication skills. /li liProactive attitude. /li liTeam player. /li liProblem-solving mindset. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
