ppKorn Ferry are looking to find a Senior Recruiter to work in a hybrid model from our client's offices in Barcelona. /p pYou will be responsible for the full recruitment process including sourcing, screening, assessing, and marketing candidates for hiring managers. /p pAs a trusted, consultative partner, you will recruit for roles at all levels in your region and be the “go to” person for assistance in your team. Your strong process skills, and creative sourcing techniques will ensure success and growth of the account. /p pProviding high-touch relationship management, customer focus and responsiveness in both client and candidate facing activities, you will consultatively manage the end-to-end recruitment process whilst being a subject matter expert around applicant tracking systems, candidate sourcing methodologies and recruitment process effectiveness. /p h3Key Accountabilities /h3 pIn this role you will: /p ul liWork consultatively with your Hiring Manager groups to successfully deliver the full recruitment cycle for their hiring needs /li liConduct briefings with Hiring managers, gaining an understanding their hiring needs and advising on the most appropriate candidate attraction strategies for their role(s) /li liDecide on and execute the appropriate recruitment strategy for your roles, inclusive of sourcing, screening, assessing and short-listing using various direct sourcing methods and using all resources available to you /li liManage stakeholder relationships at all levels with Hiring Managers /li liSupport, challenge and drive best practice at each stage of the recruitment process /li liChampion effective candidate management throughout our hiring process, ensuring candidates receive the premium Korn Ferry and client experience /li liSupport and mentor more junior members of your team,



supporting their knowledge and skills development /li /ul h3Skills Experience /h3 pTo succeed in this role you will have: /p ul liExperience in a full cycle recruitment role, from direct sourcing, screening, assessing/ interviewing, and offering candidates, either in an in-house, agency or RPO environment /li liDemonstrated experience in delivery a consultative recruitment experience to all stakeholders, including HR, the business and candidates /li liExperience in liaising with and supporting Senior Leadership with their recruitment /li liA proven track record of creating and executing creative and innovative hiring strategies that support hiring needs /li liProblem solving, you like to get results, find new solutions or opportunities for improvement and like to keep learning /li liFluent in Spanish and English /li liHave solid communication skills, and the ability to build quality relationships with clients, candidates and your team /li /ul h3Internal Mobility at Korn Ferry /h3 pIf you currently work for Korn Ferry or one of our affiliates, you must be eligible to apply for a different position within Korn Ferry to use the Careers Site.
