Mission As part of our Managed Detection and Response department, your mission will be to help us provide best‑in‑class services to our clients as they run. By accompanying the client with the management of their security devices, and by continuously improving our processes and operations capabilities, you will be helping make the customers' life more secure.

Responsibilities

Serve as the first escalation point of our Tier 1 engineers for our operational team to help resolve complex device health issues





Help manage the configuration and monitor the health of customer’s security devices. You will do this by responding to and resolving timely manner, client’s requests such as service requests, change requests or operational incidents

Update security devices according to the service roadmap and guidance from the Platform engineering group

Participate in the effort of building and maintaining Standard Operations Procedures to manage security devices or to empower Tier 1 analysts

Follow vendors’ roadmaps to understand platform’s new features, identify synergies with our service, participate in the upgrade strategy definition for customer’s devices and ensure the proper roll out in collaboration with Platform Engineers

Build up and maintain an in-depth knowledge of our products and services portfolio

Role Details

Understanding the business and environment of our customers

Frequent contacts with customers at both technical and managerial levels

Internal transversal interactions with various groups (Operational Analysts, Platform Engineers, Detection Architects, DevOps…)





Your aim is to play an active role in helping Kudelski Security to provide customers with the best experience through their journey into our Managed Detection and Response service and ultimately make our customer’s lives more secure.

Requirements / Profile You are:

A team‑player who is willing to iterate on our internal processes to improve our team and service’s efficiency

At ease with solving complex problems

Dynamic, with strong interpersonal and communication skills

Autonomous, self‑taught, and transparent

Able to handle and prioritize parallel tasks with multiple interfaces

You have:

An engineering degree in technology / computer science or equivalent

2 years of experience in IT system administration

Strong background in Linux systems

Knowledge in network and security

Experience with one or more of the following technologies: NGAV, SIEM, Vulnerability Scanning, Firewalls

These would be a plus:

Knowledge in Splunk administration

Knowledge in Windows Administration

Experience in a client‑facing role

Technical certifications on vendors’ product

French or any other languages
