Experteer Overview As a Senior Service Leader, you will own the delivery of global Security Services (Endpoint, Network, Cloud) for Schneider Electric’s Ru0026amp; D population. You will drive governance, reporting, and continuous improvement without direct reports, partnering with cross‑functional teams to ensure high‑quality, compliant security operations. You will shape service strategy, dashboards, and KPIs to elevate reliability and efficiency and communicate complex topics to stakeholders. - Serve as Service Manager/Service Owner for Endpoint, Network, and Cloud Security services
- Govern and monitor security service delivery by the Operators team (no direct reports)
- Develop and deliver dashboards, KPIs, and SLA reports to leadership
- Ensure operational excellence and adherence to processes
- Identify risks and improvement opportunities using a data‑driven approach
- Coordinate service reviews and action plans, ensuring follow‑through
- Maintain standard operating procedures and runbooks
- Partner with SOC, Engineering, Cloud, and Infrastructure to drive service enhancements




- Provide guidance on complex security topics and assist with escalations
- Ensure clear communication across teams and stakeholdersResponsabilidades
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 7+ years in IT Operations, Cybersecurity, Service Management, or related domain
- Experience managing or owning enterprise‑level security services in a global organization
- Experience with cross‑functional and geographically distributed teams
- Experience supporting Endpoint, Network, and/or Cloud Security services
- Ability to define and monitor SLAs, OLAs, and KPIs
- Experience conducting service reviews and driving maturity initiatives
- Ability to influence without direct people management
- Strong stakeholder management with senior leaders, technical teams, and business partners
