If you enjoy troubleshooting, working with innovative technology, and delivering outstanding customer service, we would love to hear from you.Your MissionAs a Technical Support Specialist, you will be the main point of contact for our international customers, helping them resolve technical issues and ensuring a smooth experience with their smart home devices.What You'll Do- Provide technical support in Swedish, as well as English, via phone, email, and remote assistance.- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues related to smart home devices.- Assist customers with the installation, setup, and configuration of their systems.- Clearly explain technical solutions to customers with different levels of technical knowledge.- Document technical issues and solutions to improve future service.- Collaborate with the technical team to elevate complex cases and continuously improve support processes.What We're Looking For- Fluent Swedish (required).
