This role is adecuado for someone who is passionate about helping others, thrives in a structured environment, and is committed to delivering outstanding client care with professionalism, compassion, and integrity. /ppThis is a non-clinical role where you will play an essential part in supporting clients throughout their recovery journey while helping maintain the high standards for which Sea Recovery is known. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliSupport clients throughout their daily programme and encourage active engagement. /liliMaintain a safe, structured, and welcoming therapeutic environment. /liliObserve clients and promptly report any changes in mood, behaviour, or wellbeing. /liliComplete accurate documentation, reports, and detailed shift handovers. /liliCommunicate effectively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care. /liliMaintain professional boundaries and strict confidentiality at all times. /liliAssist with day-to-day operational tasks and contribute to the smooth running of the centre. /liliRepresent Sea Recovery with professionalism, discretion, and empathy. /li /ulh3Essential Requirements /h3ulliFluent bEnglish /b (spoken and written), and at least conversational Spanish. /liliLegal right to work in Spain. /liliValid Category B driving licence. /liliPrevious experience in hospitality, healthcare, residential care, luxury service, or wellbeing environments. /liliExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.
