Experteer Overview
As a Data Scientist at Cint, you will optimize the Cint Exchange by delivering data-driven solutions that boost product performance and pricing strategies. You will collaborate with product and engineering to build and validate ML models, analyze marketplace dynamics, and inform strategic decisions. This role mixes advanced analytics, experimentation, and clear communication of insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders. You will work on scalable methods that shape how the Exchange understands demand, supply, and value, contributing to the company’s research platform leadership.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Lead end-to-end development of machine learning solutions for the Cint Exchange, including deployment and maintenance
• Develop predictive models of marketplace dynamics (price elasticity, supply/demand balance)
• Plan, develop, and maintain projects with minimal supervision
• Analyze large, diverse datasets to guide product and pricing strategy
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Commercial, Operations,



and Finance to design and test products
• Apply advanced statistical and ML methods to solve business problems
• Design and execute complex experiments (A/B tests) to validate hypotheses
• Create clear deliverables and visualizations to communicate insights to stakeholders

Responsabilidades
• Minimum 3+ years in Data Science (5+ for senior)
• Master’s degree in Statistics, Quantitative Sciences, Data Science, Operations Research, or related field
• Strong ability to work independently with large datasets
• Deep knowledge of statistical techniques (hypothesis testing, regression, experimental design, causal inference, A/B testing)
• Solid knowledge of core ML techniques (clustering, regression, decision trees, neural networks)
• Proficiency in Python and SQL for statistics/ML tasks
• Comfort with researching and adopting new methods and tools
