Following our accounting standardised practices, you will be responsible for the timely processing of travel expense reports from employees and departmental P‑cards, to ensure that payments are processed on time, and that all the expenditures of the organization coming from these reports are accurate and accrued in the correct period.What Your Responsibilities Will BeProcessing of T&E; reports through Concur system following Grifols’ policies.Processing departmental P‑cards.Reconciliation of credit cards movements.Reporting expenses to be paid to employees.Hot‑line with employees about policies and use of Concur.Who You AreTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
