ppA fitness and wellness management software company that we partner with at Joppy is looking to hire a bLead Design System Engineer /b to drive design system architecture, strategy, and vision, partnering closely with Design and Product teams to impact the entire product experience. /p ul liLead the evolution of the Kaizen B2B design system, overseeing architecture, component quality, documentation, and adoption. /li liDrive accessibility improvements, including keyboard navigation, ARIA compliance, and mobile interactions. /li liOwn governance and standards to minimize redundancy, ensure consistency, and enable product teams to build with the system. /li liProgressively extend ownership to B2C web (white-label meta design system) and React Native mobile systems. /li liDefine strategies to make design systems AI-ready, including machine-readable structures and agent-friendly naming conventions. /li liBring vision on animation and micro-interactions to enhance product experience. /li liCollaborate directly with the Senior Design System Product Designer for high-autonomy, high-impact work. /li li4+ years of front-end experience, including at least 1 year as the lead or primary owner of a mature design system. /li liStrong design sense with attention to detail and high standards for quality.
