Play a key role in ensuring the continued airworthiness of our fleet. Working within our CAMO, you’ll monitor the technical status of aircraft, support maintenance planning, and ensure compliance with aviation regulations.
The role requires previous experience in a CAMO engineering environment and is not a graduate or entry-level position.
Responsibilities
- Monitor the continuing airworthiness status of the fleet, ensuring compliance with EASA, AESA, and company requirements.
- Evaluate and manage Airworthiness Directives (ADs), Service Bulletins (SBs), repairs, and modifications .
- Review and apply approved technical data , including Airbus documentation, engineering orders, and repair instructions.
- Support base maintenance checks, repairs, and technical assessments in coordination with maintenance providers.
- Collaborate with planning, maintenance organizations, and operations to ensure safe and efficient fleet operation.
- Contribute to engineering analysis and continuous improvement of maintenance programs and technical processes.
- Support airworthiness activities throughout the aircraft lifecycle, including entry into service and lease return.
Work Arrangement
Our headquarters are located in Barcelona. We operate on a hybrid model: 3 days in the office and up to 2 from home; full remote is not available.

Qualifications
- Around 2 years of experience in a CAMO or continuing airworthiness engineering role (airline, MRO, or aviation organization).
- Degree in Aircraft / Aerospace Engineering or equivalent technical field.
- Good understanding of EASA regulations (Part‑M / CAMO environment).
- Experience working with aircraft technical documentation such as AMM, SRM, SBs, ADs, and Airbus data sources.
- Familiarity with the Airbus A320 family is a strong advantage.
- Fluent Spanish and English.
- Strong analytical and methodical mindset, with attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a regulated, technical environment and collaborate with multiple operational teams.
- Part‑66 B1 or C license is valued but not mandatory.
