We are a growing influencer marketing B2B SaaS startup (team of 9) building a platform that helps brands, agencies and creators connect and do great collaborations.

What we’re looking for

We’re looking for someone who can identify product opportunities and turn them into real features.

Someone who:

- Identifies problems and opportunities (from data, user behavior, feedback)
- Defines clear solutions
- Translates them into detailed, actionable tickets for developers
- Ensures a high level of product quality

This is not a purely strategic role. This is a hands-on, detail-oriented product role.

What you’ll do

- Identify product improvement opportunities (analytics, support tickets, user sessions, etc.)
- Define hypotheses and solutions
- Create wireframes (Figma Make or similar tools)
- Write clear, unambiguous tickets ready for development
- Work closely with engineers on a daily basis

- Strong attention to detail (this is critical)
- Ability to think clearly and structure problems
- Comfort working without a dedicated designer
- Good product intuition and UX judgment
- Ability to write clear, precise specifications
- Hands-on mindset: you like building, not just discussing

What we’re NOT looking for

- Purely strategic Product Managers
- People who prefer high-level thinking over execution
- Profiles that rely heavily on designers or others to define solutions

Working setup
- Hybrid (Berango office presence needed 2-3 days per week).
- Strong collaboration with the team in person
