The Role As a

Technical Support Agent , you'll be the first point of contact for our international client base, solving technical issues via phone and email while ensuring every customer feels heard and supported. You'll be part of a dynamic Customer Success team with a clear mission: help our clients succeed with our products.

What We're Looking For Must-haves: Fluent German (spoken & written) Medium-level English Adaptable, solution-oriented mindset with strong communication skills Quick learner who enjoys multitasking and problem-solving Nice-to-haves: Technical support experience Knowledge of hardware, networking, routers, mobile devices IT or relevant technical education Long-term availability and commitment
