Job Title: MGA Accountant A leading international organisation is seeking a Financial Accountant to join its finance team in a European office on a hybrid working basis. This role supports financial reporting and operational accounting within a dynamic and evolving business environment. Key Responsibilities: Manage month-end close processes, including reconciliations and technical accounting activities Prepare and review financial data and reporting schedules Support audit processes by producing accurate and timely documentation Contribute to process improvement initiatives,



including automation and standardisation Collaborate with international teams and stakeholders across the business Assist with finance-related projects and new business initiatives Provide ad hoc support across the finance function as required Skills & Experience: Background in accounting, finance, or a related discipline Strong Excel skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities Effective communication skills in a professional environment Fluency in English and an additional European language preferred Progress toward, or willingness to pursue, a professional accounting qualification is advantageous
