Your main task is to serve as the liaison between project managers and the post‑production teams across digital and sometimes print productions, organising, coordinating and communicating effectively to drive decisions and next steps.ResponsibilitiesCoordinate projects between teams, from briefing reception to delivery of final assets for publication.Participate in building cost estimates as per client requirements and administer closure.Compare, contrast and adjust briefings to make them understandable for post‑production editors.Ensure that assigned projects and pieces adhere to agreed‑upon functional specifications and brief.Check that the media plan specifications are correct; claim them otherwise to project managers and media/supports.Verify that the provided assets are correct for the platform; claim them as per specifications or suggest alternatives to satisfy client requirements over the initial brief.Maintain awareness of schedule and deadlines to deliver work to client and support/media within expected timelines.Document, track and verify issues and fixes in assigned projects; review approved assets to ensure they match specifications before delivery.Ensure that delivered files are correctly archived on storage servers as per SLAs.Work under the guidance of the Main Producer and designers or editors to achieve the desired level of aesthetic quality and technical accuracy of the deliverables.Required SkillsHigh level of English and French, C1.Ability to communicate autonomously, both written and oral,
