Job Description

- Drive commercial performance of consumer financing and private leasing for Autohero customers.
- Design and optimize financial products: pricing, interest rates, and partnership models.
- Lead process implementation and operational improvements for finance offerings.
- Collaborate with Product, Tech, Marketing, Legal, and external partners to launch new customer solutions.




- Use data‑driven insights to develop products that transform the online car buying experience.
- Act as the central point of contact between internal teams and financing partners.

Qualifications

- Autonomy and strong track record working with high‑level stakeholders at an international scale.
- Very good analytical skills and ability to manage priorities to meet time‑sensitive deadlines.
- Up to 5 years of relevant work experience in car credit and/or private leasing, preferably with international scope.
- Proven track record in car financing and/or leasing product design, pricing, and process implementation.
- Completed studies in finance, business administration, engineering, computer science, or a comparable degree programme.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Full proficiency in English is mandatory; additional European languages are a plus.
