We are looking for an

IT Service Catalog and Reporting Administrator (ServiceNow / CMDB)

to join our team for a multinational leader in the banking sector.

Key Responsibilities : • Manage and maintain the service catalog, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information (GoldenApp & GoldenServ). • Update and document the relationships between service components within the catalog. • Support the creation, updating, and maintenance of service and component-related documentation. • Prepare regular reports and executive-level presentations using tools like Excel and PowerBI. • Enrich and clean the data within the service catalog to ensure correctness and accessibility. • Ensure consistency and accuracy in linking services with their suppliers and critical services. • Provide administrative support in the management of tools like ServiceNow at a user level.

Skills : Essential : • 4 years of experience in IT, with a focus on infrastructure services and administrative tasks related to catalog management. • Proven experience managing CMDB and using ServiceNow (user level). • Experience in catalog management, data entry,



and maintaining documentation. • Strong ability to prepare reports and presentations at an executive level using Excel and PowerBI. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to senior leadership.

Desirable : • ITIL certification (or equivalent). • ServiceNow certification • Experience working in multicultural and integral teams. • French language skills (optional).
