Experteer Overview
As PMO Analyst in our Barcelona Shared Services Centre, you will steer governance and reporting for IT programmes. You’ll support both Waterfall and Agile projects, ensuring standards are met and data is clear for leadership. You will manage budgets, vendor contracts, and procurement logistics while keeping Jira and SharePoint organized for project teams. Your work enables timely delivery and cross-functional alignment across Europe, contributing to a integral recruitment leader’s mission. This role offers impact through structured programme oversight, analytics, and collaboration with diverse stakeholders.

• Audit project plans and processes for PM standards compliance
• Provide governance, methodology, and admin support across Waterfall and Agile teams
• Track departmental budget and consolidate multi-source data into Excel reports
• Manage vendor contracts, contractor logs, PO processes, and renewal tracking
• Administer Jira: access control, governance, and space creation for development teams
• Maintain departmental SharePoint workspace, access rights,



and document repository
• Prepare portfolio dashboards, KPIs, executive reporting, and capacity tracking
• Assist PMOs with baseline management, schedule updates, progress monitoring, and RAID log upkeep
• Provide administrative and executive support to department leadership (calendar, minutes)

Responsabilidades
• 2+ years as PMO Analyst or IT Project Administrator in IT programme teams
• Fluent English
• Proven Jira administration and SharePoint management experience
• Advanced Excel (data consolidation, actuals reporting) and PowerPoint
• Strong knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies
• Solid IT vendor management, procurement workflows (POs, invoices), and budget tracking
• High autonomy, analytical mindset, and stakeholder management skills
