ph3Job Description /h3 pResponsible for the operation, maintenance and improvement of facilities equipment and ensure continuous supply of utilities to production operation. Repair, maintain and assist in solving problems in the plant. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 pWater Operations Facilities Assistant /p ul liResponsible for tending, operation and maintenance of Wastewater Treatment Plant, Reverse Osmosis/ Deionized Water System, Domestic Water System, Sewage Treatment Plant, Air Fume Scrubber and Fire Protection System. /li liHelps shift engineer in the operation and maintenance of HVAC (Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning) System, NVCA (Nitrogen, Vacuum Compressed Dry Air) System, PWS (Power System) and all Auxiliary equipment for the uninterrupted supply of these utilities to the entire plant particularly production operation, general offices, and all other support areas. /li liPerform immediate response to production calls with regards to facilities problem. /li liImplement continuous improvement activities, cost saving and energy conservation measures. /li liMaintain clean, orderly and safe facilities working area as well as facilities equipment. /li liMonitor and gather data of all equipment under our responsibility and keep for record purposes. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 h3Education /h3 ul liTechnical/Vocational Courses or some Engineering related courses /li /ul h3Experience /h3 ul liAt least 2 years’ experience in semiconductor manufacturing or related industry. /li /ul h3Skills /h3 ul liKnowledge on the operation, control, maintenance, and repair of pumps, electric motors, fans, blowers, electrical and power panels, air-conditioning equipment (centralized, packaged unitary units).



/li liKnowledge and exposure on the fundamentals of semiconductor manufacturing processes plus understanding of OSHA, Safety and other regulatory standards, policies, and procedures. /li liKnowledge of Wastewater Treatment and Reverse Osmosis DI water. /li liBasic understanding safety engineering requirements for electrical, mechanical, chemical, and physical hazards. /li liBasic knowledge of PLC, motor control, pumps, air conditioning and electronics. /li liEffective oral and written communication and interpersonal skills. /li liBasic computer usage skills. /li liBasic knowledge of computer applications, including word processing, spreadsheets, and Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS). /li liSkilled in developing simple mechanical designs and executing machining and fabrication of facilities equipment parts. /li /ul h3About Us /h3 pbonsemi /b (Nasdaq: ON) is driving disruptive innovations to help build a better future.
