About the role
We are looking for a commercially minded e-commerce professional with a passion for direct-to-consumer growth and customer retention. If you are excited about owning the full DTC experience — from optimising a seamless shopping journey to building email flows that convert and retain — this role will be a great fit for you.
The E-commerce Manager role sits within the Creative department and reports to the Creative Director. You will take full ownership of Boba and Beco's DTC channels. This is a hands‑on role with direct impact on business results, working closely with the Social Media, Brand and Creative teams, as well as external agencies.
Responsibilities
- Own and manage Boba.com and Beco DTC channels end-to-end, including listings, UX, promotions and the overall shopping experience.
- Develop and optimise the general CRM strategy, including email marketing, automated lifecycle flows, subscriber segmentation and campaign planning.
- Build, test and deploy Klaviyo flows, including welcome, post‑purchase, win‑back and seasonal campaigns.
- End‑to‑end ownership of email campaign performance: creative brief, setup, activation, optimisation and evaluation.
- Run A/B testing and detailed analysis to improve CTR, conversion rate, AOV and customer lifetime value.
- Track and report weekly KPIs, including sessions, CVR, AOV and revenue.
- Partner with the Creative Director and Social Media Manager to ensure campaigns are aligned to the content calendar and key sales periods.
- Work closely with the Brand and Creative team to produce best‑in‑class content for email and DTC touchpoints.
- Research tools and strategies across the e‑commerce and CRM ecosystem to increase sales and improve marketing efficiency.
- Collaborate with external agencies to ensure alignment with DTC goals and the overall brand strategy.
About you
- 3+ years of experience in e-commerce and/or CRM at brand or agency level.
- Hands‑on experience with Shopify and Klaviyo.
- Highly analytical and commercially minded, with a passion for turning data into actionable decisions.
- Strong understanding of conversion optimisation, tracking and analytics tools.
- Knowledge of GDPR and email marketing best practices.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.
- A self‑starter who can identify opportunities and act on them without a lot of oversight.
Please note: We require the successful candidate to be working at our Barcelona office at least twice per week.
