We are looking for an experienced Senior Manual Tester to join a dynamic team working on the Manhattan platform. This role is idóneo for a detail-oriented professional with strong analytical skills and solid experience in manual testing within complex, enterprise-level environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Review and analyze business requirements, functional specifications, and technical designs

- Design and develop comprehensive manual test plans, test cases, and test scripts

- Execute functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing

- Identify, document, and track defects using established defect management tools

- Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to clarify requirements and resolve issues

- Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives

- Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and best practices

Requirements

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

- 5+ years of hands-on experience in manual software testing, preferably in enterprise environments





- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and QA methodologies

- Experience with test management and defect tracking tools

- Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams

- Reception

- Storage in Warehouse

- Direct Distribution without Putaway (Picking, Palletization, Packing)

- Wave-Based Distribution (Palletization, Packing, Label Generation)

- Inventory Management (Cycle Counting, Inventory Adjustments, Inventory Discrepancies)

- Audit Review

- Returns Processing

- Billing / Invoicing

- Logistics Structures (LPNs, Items, etc.)

Nice to Have

- Experience in retail or supply chain management systems

- Familiarity with test automation tools

- ISTQB or equivalent certification
