As a Salesforce Developer, you will drive the efficiency and effectiveness of our growing Salesforce team to help them thrive while ensuring best practices and following Salesforce’s guiding principals. /ppbr/ppbRole and Responsibilities /b /ppHelp act as gatekeeper for what should be solutioned with declarative configurations vs. programmatic code changes in line with Salesforce’s guiding principals. /pp-Hands-on lightning development experience with Salesforce configuration, Apex classes and triggers, flows, SOQL/SOSL, Aura, and Lightning Web Component (LWC). /pp-Knowing the line between programmatic solutions and declarative solutions. /pp-Writing Apex classes, triggers, declarative platform tools (Process Builder, Visual Workflow, Lightning App Builder). /pp-Experience in Salesforce including process builder, triggers, workflow, Lightning components.



/pp-Building integration between salesforce and external application using Outbound Messaging, REST / SOAP API, OAuth and SSO. /pp-Deploying custom developed salesforce solution for clients, including prototyping, code /ppRefactor code as needed to declarative solutions like Flows. /pp-Aiding in the design of business processes, database schemas, custom user interfaces etc. /pp-Customization on the Salesforce Lightning platform which should include: Developing Lightning Components using the Lightning Design System framework. /pp-Knowledge of Agile Methodology, Ceremonies. /pp-Proven leadership experience, effective mentorship, anecdotal experience of teaming forming and norming. /pp-Familiar with CI/CD environment (git pipelines) and capable to act as release manager /ppbr/ppbSkill Requirements/Preferences /b /pp-2+ years of Minimum relevant experience with Salesforce.com development. /pp-Referenceable examples of developing custom code for salesforce.com application. /pp-Experience in data migration and integration. /pp-Experience working with Mulesoft a plus. /p
