Tasks

- Monitor and support industrial software solutions across the business.
- Assist in project follow-up, coordination, and reporting.
- Participate in the implementation of new technological or organizational solutions
- Provide first-line support to business users, ensuring smooth operation of systems and processes.
- Track and document incidents, ensuring timely resolution and communication with stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and operational efficiency.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, Business Organization, or a related discipline.
- Minimum B2 level of English.
- Knowledge of industrial processes and manufacturing environments.
- Understanding software systems and experience with office productivity tools.




- Valid driving licence and availability to travel when required.
- Strong analytical and communication skills, with a structured and results-oriented mindset.

Nice to Have:

- Experience in industrial environments, internships, or university projects related to operations or technology.
