We are looking for an IT Project manager Roll-outs to join our team!

The IT Project Manager will lead and coordinate activities within international Roll-out projects of digital products, ensuring correct rollout execution in the market/s impacted, alignment with project goals, and compliance with time, cost and quality standards.

Tasks and Responsibilities

- Lead either the complete Roll-out project of the Digital product or one of the work packages in which the project is divided
- Coordinate the assigned project areas
- Ensure quality and completeness of deliverables
- Act as the main point of contact between local stakeholders in the markets and the central project teams
- Support onboarding, training and rollout readiness
- Provide clear and structured reporting to different organizational levels
- Facilitate communication between teams and manage stakeholder expectations
- Apply change management practices to ensure successful adoption
- Act as a role model and support teamwork
- Resolve conflicts and maintain a productive work environment
- Identify improvement opportunities and drive high‑quality solutions

Education

- Preferred Bachelor's degree in IT (Computer Science, IT Engineer, Business Informatics or Mathematics). Alternatively Industrial Engineering or Business Administration

Languages

- German is a plus
- Additional languages are an advantage

Technical knowledge





- Strong understanding of IT processes and tools, including their operational use and application in Project Management
- Solid knowledge of Sales digital products and processes especially in the Automotive market, with the ability to understand market-specific requirements
- Advanced experience with Jira (boards, workflows, dashboards, reporting)
- Strong proficiency in Confluence for structured documentation and knowledge management
- Ability to understand integrations between systems and related processes

Experience

- More than 3 years of experience in project management with a strong operational foundation
- Experience in global rollout activities (pilots, planning, stakeholder management, time, cost, quality, training)
- Ability to follow and enforce corporate policies and procedures
- Experience communicating with different hierarchy levels, including senior management
- Conflict management and effective problem‑solving experience
- Ability to implement solutions aligned with customer needs and coordinate complex changes

Travel Availability

Availability to travel internationally (~5%)
