The role ensures seamless communication among customers, logistics partners, and internal stakeholders, while striving to maximize service levels, reduce costs, and support the continuous improvement of logistics operations across EMEA. /ppbFor this role, we expect the new colleague to work from either our location in Bönen or F r echen (Germany) or our Madrid (Spain) office or our office in Agrate Brianza (Italy). customer satisfaction /liliProactive work achievements of departmental and personal targets /liliPart of a dedicated European team working together to continuously improve and optimize our logistics across Europe /liliOrder Processing: Managing ocean freight imports (FCL and LCL) from booking through delivery. /liliDocumentation: Preparing, reviewing, and processing freight documents (e.g., bills of lading). /liliCustoms Clearance: Handling import customs formalities and preparing customs declarations. /liliCoordination:b: /b Booking cargo space with shipping lines and organizing inland transport by truck or rail. /li /ulh3bYour profile /b /h3ulliRelevant professional experience in order processing, logistics, or transport planning, preferably within a European or international context. /liliExperience working with customers and logistics service providers is highly desirable. /liliStrong organizational and coordination skills with attention to detail. /lilibProficiency in German at a native-speaker level. Good communication abilities, both written and verbal, in English; additional languages are a plus. /b /liliProactive problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset. /liliAbility to optimize routes and transport to reduce costs and environmental impact. /liliTeam player with a collaborative approach to continuous improvement. /liliCompetence in using logistics, order management, and planning systems.
