In this role you will execute and support compensation programs across Europe and LATAM, partnering with HR and regional teams to ensure competitive, equitable pay. You’ll analyze market data, support job evaluation, and model scenarios to inform decisions. You’ll drive improvements in C&B; processes, maintain accurate data in systems, and contribute to regional and global initiatives within a people-centric culture focused on agility and performance.Compensaciones / Beneficios• Execute and support compensation policies and programs in Europe & LAC Region• Benchmark against external salary data and analyze market trends to inform pay decisions• Review survey results and provide recommendations for structure changes or adjustments• Support job evaluation and grading using established frameworks• Prepare internal pay analyses, modeling, and scenario simulations• Conduct internal equity analyses within guidelines to ensure consistency• Support annual compensation processes including Year End review and budgeting• Audit compensation and benefits data in Workday regularly• Prepare standard and ad-hoc reports, dashboards,



and insights• Provide training and guidance to HR on compensation policies and tools• Respond to ad-hoc compensation and benefits queries with accuracy and discretion• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, standardization, and accuracy of C&B; processes• Participate in regional and global Compensation & Benefits projects as requiredResponsabilidades• 2-4 years' experience as a compensation analyst• Knowledge of compensation principles, programs, practices• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects• Ability to handle sensitive HR information with confidentiality xcskxlj • Strong problem-solving skills• Adaptability to fast-paced, changing environments• Ability to collaborate across all organizational levels in a matrixed environment• Advanced skills in Excel; familiarity with Power BI or data analytics tools is a plus• Working knowledge of Workday compensation module and Mercer Win• Excellent written and verbal communication• Fluency in EnglishRequisitos principales• competitive pay package• health, retirement, and life insurance• paid time off and volunteer day• employee assistance programs• inclusive leave policies
