Supporting Dutch- and English-speaking customers, you'll assist with photovoltaic (PV) systems, solar inverters, modules, monitoring & control systems, storage solutions, and e-mobility technologies.Your expertise will help customers better understand and optimize their energy systems.WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR• C2 level of Dutch• Advanced English (C1–B2)• Residence in Spain (Barcelona-based role)• Technical associate degree or equivalent education required• Electro-technical qualification preferred• Higher Electric Technical Vocational Certificate/Diploma (or comparable experience) is a plus• Basic understanding of mathematical concepts and graphical data representation• Strong interest in PV/solar technology, systems, standards, and regulatory requirementsNo previous customer service experience required — technical knowledge and motivation are key!WHAT WE OFFER• Permanent contract (39 hours/week,
