In this role you drive the architectural design and technical excellence for a high-impact, agile taskforce that blends startup velocity with enterprise scale. You partner with a hands-on manager to resolve critical issues, shape distributed systems, and ensure production-ready solutions that align with global standards. You influence the CDP platform architecture and tackle unusually complex challenges across Hadoop and cloud-native environments. You will mentor engineers and translate ambiguous requirements into actionable architectural blueprints. This role offers meaningful impact on mission-critical data platforms at scale.

• Lead architectural design of massive-scale distributed systems using Java, Spark, Kafka, Iceberg
• Bridge gaps with internal and external stakeholders and translate requirements into engineering tasks

Responsabilidades
• 10+ years of software engineering experience with distributed systems and data platforms
• Deep hands-on expertise with HDFS, Hive, YARN and modern compute engines (Spark, Flink, Kafka)
• Expert-level Java; Python, Scala, Rust a plus
• Strong architectural understanding including concurrency and distributed consistency
• Proven ability to author complex design documents and lead design discussions
• Cloud-native fluency with Kubernetes
• Strong learning mindset for new technologies
