ph3Mission /h3 pAs an IT Business Analyst Intern within the SAP Centre of Excellence, you will support the delivery, enhancement, and optimization of SAP S/4HANA business processes across a global organization. You will collaborate with business and IT teams to analyze requirements, support troubleshooting activities, participate in testing, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives while developing expertise in ERP systems and business process management. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liSupport the analysis and resolution of SAP-related incidents and requests. /li liAssist in gathering and documenting business requirements and process improvements. /li liParticipate in business process reviews and identify optimization opportunities. /li liPrepare functional documentation and process flows. /li liSupport testing activities for system enhancements, issue resolution, and project deployments. /li liCollaborate with business stakeholders and SAP analysts across different functional areas. /li liAssist with change management and end-user training activities. /li liHelp maintain training materials and process documentation. /li liContribute to SAP S/4HANA implementation and support initiatives. /li liEnsure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liCurrently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Business Technology, Data Analytics, or a related field. /li liStrong academic record with a passion for technology and business processes. /li liGood knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. /li liStrong analytical and problem‑solving skills. /li liExcellent communication and interpersonal skills. /li liAbility to work effectively in a collaborative and multicultural environment. /li liFluent English, both written and spoken. /li liStrong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities. /li liInterest in ERP systems and digital transformation. /li liKnowledge of SAP is a plus.
