Experteer Overview
As Field Marketing Specialist for the German market, you will design and execute regional demand-generation programs aligned with Factorial’s global strategy. You’ll partner with Sales, SDRs, and the broader Marketing team to plan events, campaigns, and ABM initiatives that build pipeline. You will localize assets, manage regional campaigns, and ensure efficient handover of MQLs to sales, measuring ROI and optimizing performance. This role offers hands-on execution with strategic planning in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment in the DACH region.

• Design and execute the German market marketing plan aligned to general strategy
• Adapt global strategies to the DACH region and create territory plans with regional Sales
• Plan and run field marketing programs and events (online and in-person) including tradeshows
• Lead integrated regional campaigns (emails, webinars, paid media, ABM) with clear ROI ownership
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Partners on regional campaigns
• Engage with HR ecosystem: industry experts, associations, influencers for events and thought leadership
• Localize marketing assets for the German market (reports, brochures,



landing pages, website, branding)
• Coordinate with Customer Marketing to support regional initiatives
• Ensure handover of MQLs to Sales Development Representatives
• Track, measure, and report on regional performance and optimization opportunities

Responsabilidades
• 2-4 years in field marketing and/or demand generation, ideally in B2B SaaS/high-tech
• Fluent German and English; Spanish is a plus
• Bachelor degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field
• Strong project management and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication and stakeholder management
• Cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Partnerships
• Experience with marketing automation/CRM platforms (e.g., Marketo, Eloqua, HubSpot, Salesforce)
• Strategic and analytical mindset with data-driven decision making
