Join our team as a Project Engineer at Procter & Gamble, where you will be implementing a digital tool which automates documentation tasks, to support touchless and unattended operations across several Distribution Centers in Europe.

Your Contribution to the Documentation Control Tower

- Collaborating with multifunctional teams (Distribution Centers, Customs, IT, Transportation teams) to ensure the integration of the solution into existing workflows.
- Designing innovative new logic or functions to expand the scope of the technology and drive business transformations.
- Creating and improving standards to enable us to achieve the performance targets for the system.
- Identifying, prioritizing,



analyzing, and eliminating losses and inefficiencies.
- Analyzing and optimizing existing processes by integrating innovative digital solutions.
- Defining user requirements and developing clear functional specifications for digital tools.
- Documenting processes (technical and functional) and providing training for end users.
- Monitoring the performance of implemented solutions (data analytics) and proposing continuous improvements.
